The wide focal length and fast aperture make the Ysaron 30mm lens attractive, that is on paper at least. For a quick image quality test at 3x I stacked the Ysaron on a Mejiro 90mm line scan lens and it returned sharpness and CA correction that is below average for an industrial lens of this type.
